The Village of Sag Harbor, is an historic whaling port located in the heart of The Hamptons and home to a large bustling marina with the best yacht parking on the east end of Long Island. The Dock House is located on the Long Wharf, a 300 foot wharf extending into the bay, and home to the largest yachts and sailboats in the area. This means patrons of The Dock House can enjoy not just the sounds and smells of the ocean… they can also revel in the comings & goings of boats of all sizes and the activities which take place on the wharf itself.

Local hotels are available within a few yards, Enjoy live Broadway entertainment in the Bay Street Theatre , or watch classic films in the Art Deco Sag Harbor Cinema, or spend a few nights in the area's local hotels such as: The American Hotel, The Sag Harbor Inn or Baron's Cove Inn.
